Hi, we’re Billy and Kylie Stanley — the husband and wife team behind Livin’ Construction Co.
We’ve been together since we were 17, and over the last few years, we’ve taken the leap to combine our strengths and officially work together in business. With over 25 years of combined experience in the building industry, we’ve poured our passion, skills, and heart into creating a construction company that offers something a little different.
Billy is a fully qualified builder and carpenter with years of experience in hands-on construction, site supervision, and project management. He’s the guy who makes sure everything on-site is running smoothly, built to perfection, and completed the right way — no rushing, no shortcuts, just honest, quality work.
Kylie brings the personal touch, backed by years of experience in business management, content creation, photography, and marketing. Having managed multiple home builds and renovations of our own, she has an eye for design and the ability to bring all the pieces together, ensuring our clients feel seen, heard, and confident from start to finish.
We knew when we teamed up professionally that it would be something special. Together, we offer our clients the kind of service and care we believe they truly deserve clear communication, thoughtful design, and a hands-on team that treats your home like it’s our own.
We’re not the kind of builders that rush through jobs. We only take on a select number of projects each year so we can give our full attention and deliver exceptional results. We’ve built this business to be boutique and personal because we know that’s where the magic happens.
At Livin Construction Co., we specialise in new concrete pool builds and landscaping surrounds, pool renovations, and interior transformations like bathrooms and laundries. We’re all about bringing everything together so it not only works well it looks and feels amazing too.
